Our Commitment to Reliability

​To ensure fairness for both our students and our tutors, Wisdom Point operates under the following cancellation guidelines:

Student Cancellations:

• 24+ Hours Notice: Full credit or a free reschedule.

• Less than 24 Hours Notice: A 50% session fee applies.

• No-Show: The full session fee is charged.

Tutor Cancellations: If a tutor must cancel, the student will be offered an immediate reschedule or a full refund for that session.

​

Technical Issues: If a session is disrupted by Wisdom Point platform technicalities, a makeup session will be provided at no cost.
