To add a new FAQ follow these steps:

1. Click “Manage FAQs” button

2. From your site’s dashboard you can add, edit and manage all your questions and answers

3. Each question and answer should be added to a category

4. Save and publish.

Yes. To add media follow these steps:

1. Enter the app’s Settings

2. Click on the “Manage FAQs” button

3. Select the question you would like to add media to

4. When editing your answer click on the camera, video, or GIF icon

5. Add media from your library.

You can edit the title from the Settings tab in the app.

If you don’t want to display the title, simply disable the Title under “Info to Display”.

To maintain the quality of our academic planning, sessions begin and end strictly at their scheduled times.

• If you are late: The session will still end at the original time, and we cannot extend it.

• If you miss a class (No-Show): If we do not receive notice at least 24 hours in advance, the session is marked as "completed," and the fee is forfeited.

Wisdom Point operates on a no-refund policy. Once a payment is made for a session or a short-term program package, the funds are non-refundable and non-transferable. This policy ensures we can commit dedicated resources and tutor time to your child’s academic journey in advance.

If you need to take a break or discontinue your program, we require a notice period of 2 to 3 weeks. Providing this advance notice ensures a smooth transition; however, failing to provide this notice will result in the forfeiture of any remaining paid sessions.

Your learning progress is our priority. If a session is cancelled by our tutor or if there is a verified technical disruption on the Wisdom Point platform, the session will be rescheduled at no additional cost to you.
